Using `parseRows` with CSP enabled is quite cumbersome. I don't see a reason why this shouldn't just work (even though a little slower).

Alternatively use a primitive type instead of nullable boxed type.

Adresa https://www.hlidacstatu.cz/Api/v1/VZMRList?domena=mfcr.ezak.cz uvedená v dokumentaci vrací 404. Dále jsou v dokumentaci popsané dva další endpointy `VZMRDetail` a `VZDetail`, které také vrací 404. Taky je trochu podezřelé, že jde o dva...

V JSON exportu ([ukázka](https://www.hlidacstatu.cz/Api/v1/VZList/VVZ-2016-516045)) není pole s informacemi o zadavateli, v XML exportu přitom je (`profil/zadavatel` v [XMLdataVZ](https://zakazky.lesycr.cz/profile_display_2.html/XMLdataVZ?od=21062018&do=22062018)). Toto pole [vyžadujeme](https://github.com/HlidacStatu/verejne-zakazky/blob/6beee8fd/transformace-dat/VerejneZakazky.schema.json#L61) ve výsledku. Buď je potřeba toto pole doplnit do...
