npm test for Gulp

Was not it fixed? I have `"karma start test/karma.conf.js"` as `npm test` in recent generated one. But `test/karma.conf.js` has nothing related `bower_components` injection. So it still does not work.

@rblazquez, it must be parametrized, like in my [PR](https://github.com/vpArth/generator-angular/blob/226ea45273fb6da0a0d513deffca9ffcb2bc4ae4/templates/common/root/_gulpfile.js#L58-L62) Because it is **generator**, not a snippet.

I accidentally set quick setting toggles to 0

May be this request can to become a feature request to add 15sec settings confirmation with rollback changes, if not user confirmed?
