At this point it looks like there is *no one* able to review this PR. Therefore I urge all those who depend on latest nightlies to move to mainline async/await...

This PR seems very deserialization-centric. How would 'fully-parsed' field make sense for building tx and serializing?

I suggest skipping CryptoNight (e.g. using preverified lists of hashes) altogether as it's not used in Monero network today.

Freeminer is in. I would very much like to see Voxelands correct their JSON at http://api.voxelands.com/list?format=json. Hint: double-quotes. Voxelands will be added to the collection right after.
