Exporting chinese characters to CSV

I'm trying to export chinese (like 网址) characters using exportCSV option. But I'm getting it as .网址. Do we have any option to overcome this issue please?

JsonDecode Error right after installation of module.

I'm Getting JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) when I click on 'Check Connection' button on the Backend menu.
