edit: this used to be about using Azure but thinking it would be better to run "on prem" with DVC-CML, see link below

• [ ] delete all previous tests instead of trying to convert, just start with a clean slate to allow for checking how tests fail early
• [ ] switch to GitHub Actions -- can run tests for 6 hours if needed
