GUI and proper packaging for windows

**Describe the feature here** A GUI will help terminal noobs to use the tool better. A proper packaged windows exe sounds nice too. Look into WxPython for gui.

Quality handling is fragmented right now and there is no official way to do this. One idea is an exception driven method to solve this.
