@erickvasilev I've used sample from this repo without modifying it. To be clear email/password login I mean `Username-Password-Authentication` database connection 
All working fine with last commit. Looks like problem was in lock and already fixed in lock v10.11

@alphakennyn updating to last version of auth0 lock didn't help?
