If the placeholders differ in plural string... It's not correctly reflected.

Found this bug out with this string: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wordpress-seo/dev/nl-be/default/?filters%5Bstatus%5D=either&filters%5Boriginal_id%5D=12313995&filters%5Btranslation_id%5D=92548134  As you can see, in the plural version of this string... %7$s is used where in the singular %6$s is used....
