@kevinaloys can you please share the `kitchen.yml` (with credentials masked) that you used here?

This appears to an issue on chef-server. i could reproduce the issue with same pattern fed in the Chef Manage Nodes search field.

this is to be marked as closed when we release an updated gem that has the fix, only PR is merged to main as of now
