argo-events:v1.9.6 default Eventbus-Jetstream pod reloader container failed to start

**Describe the bug** We are running argo-events v1.9.6 on eks v1.31.7. The default eventbus pod is stuck in CrashLoopBackOff because the reloader container is missing POD_NAME and CLUSTER_ADVERTISE environment variable....
