[This workaround](https://github.com/amazonlinux/amazon-linux-2023/issues/397#issuecomment-1760177301) works, but seems a bit aggressive. A kinder, gentler approach: ``` until dnf install -y docker; do echo "dnf docker install failed, sleeping and retrying..." sleep 10s done...
