Add session ID update bookmarklet.

Unfortunately, this will not work because of cookie's domain restrictions. Bookmarklet sets the cookie for domain `vit-.github.io` thus it will not be available once you go to `booking.ua.gov.ua`.

Move gpusCount to spawner config

I am missing this feature as well. It would be wonderful if this change was accepted.
