This issue appears to be originating from `CKCareKitManager.shared.wipe()` which is called upon opting to withdraw.

Update: This appears to be a ResearchKit bug, with no known current solution.

Hi @parthavshergill, have you run `pod install` in the `CardinalKit-Example` directory to install dependencies via Cocoapods?

Are you opening the 'CardinalKit.xcodeproj' file or the 'CardinalKit.xcworkspace' in Xcode? Make sure you are opening the 'CardinalKit.xcworkspace' file only as the .xcodeproj file will not include the pods.
