@lazworks You can specify the EE installation folder in nwnexplorer settings.
build.gradle values always override those in AndroidManifest.xml, so yes, it's minSDK 16.
I also can't login via the app anymore after signing out. Logging in to the website works.

@egwynn My branch is basically a merge of this PR: https://github.com/toolkit-for-ynab/toolkit-for-ynab/pull/2182 Looks like the original PR was abandoned, and @joshmadewell is unavailable anyway, so I'm not sure it's worth it.
It seems like the possible solution is to throw BadPluginInvocationException instead of BadInputException and provide the original exception to the constructor. Neo4j resolves such exceptions as output.badRequest( e.getCause() ), providing...
