minSDK 16 in build.gradle but manifest is 9

I'm getting a conflict. My build.gradle has minSDK 15 but your library is 16, tho' in your AndroidManifest you have it set to 9. Does it really need a minSDK 16 to work or ... ?!

build.gradle values always override those in AndroidManifest.xml, so yes, it's minSDK 16.
