I think this would fix the issue: ```diff - public fetch(options: BaseOptions): Promise; + public fetch(options?: BaseOptions): Promise; ```

Seems like this issue is still not fixed. I'm having the same issue, with Fedora 38 on KDE Plasma 5.27.4.

Did you run `npm install -D` before starting the bot? The `pm2` command only works if the dependencies are installed correctly.
