What about the contents of the /manifest.webmanifest file? The JSONpaths $.name, $.short_name, and $.description should be static across Peertube installs. At the very least, they could be used for hinting.

I ran into this with another application running under Python v3.12.x. Removing the backslash escaping the character should fix it.
