The annotation based `@Header` should be different from the `.header(...)` method. A solution could be a `.headerRaw(...)` method.

Oh ok. I understand. Maybe it's only a labeling matter: trigger pin mode, instead of enable pin.
But, even the Android Companion app, enabling beacon transmitter, can be detected by HA.

Hi, I have the same identical issue. My suspect is that something goes wrong in RaspberryPi. May be due to ARM cpu?
