Sunset time not being processed correctly

The bug still seems to be here. The script is reading the 07:21 in the sunset time as AM instead of PM. And I can't seem to override the sunrise...

Downloading consecutive files with the same name bug

Can confirm this is still happening. Tried with some save and state files from RetroArch, and Telegram always gives me the first version I ever uploaded, never the newer ones....
