I think passing the `-DFAT_TILE_INDEX` to this line https://github.com/systemed/tilemaker/blob/master/Dockerfile#L31 & building the image ([as per docs here](https://github.com/systemed/tilemaker/blob/master/docs/INSTALL.md#docker)) should solve your issue @tdav
