`riscv-rt`: Linker relocation issue (QEMU / OpenSBI)

We ran into this or a similar issue with @hegza and were able to solve it by setting `riscv64-unknown-elf-ld` as linker in `config.toml` ``` linker = "riscv64-unknown-elf-ld" ```
