Feature Request: add web interface to configure evidence collection and display output

Hi @rriemann-eu, You can use this as a base: https://github.com/vilmospapp/wec-web it's pretty simple (need some CSS boost as well, but it works fine)

Retrive ~1000 rows with simple SELECT * takes roughly 40 seconds compared to SQLDeveloper's 0.9second it there are CLOB columns

There must be also a bug or performance issue with the jdbc driver as with this one: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.oracle.database.jdbc/ojdbc10/19.22.0.0 the query runs roughly 50% faster
