有一种比较暴力的解决办法。 该问题实际上是由于外键导致的，解决办法就是把所有报错的外键约束干掉。 涉及 ACT_RU_EXECUTION, ACT_RU_TASK, ACT_RU_VARIABLE这三张表中的部分外键。全部干掉之后该问题能解决。
