How are libraries currently marked as deprecated in Piston?

@bvssvni We can add a `maintenance = deprecated` field under `badge`, and can specify which library to replace it with via a [custom `[package.metadata]` field](http://doc.crates.io/manifest.html#the-metadata-table-optional)

Wouldn't the patch also be committed to the repo? So the same version would effectively be on GitHub and crates.io.
