Add Angular version 14 and 15. (it's now updated untill version 13).

Microsoft has too fix this (with help of docker?)

See issues: #4140 #3203 I hope it will finally make it, but the project it isn't updates for 2 years.

TimeOnly also not for me. The `config.MapType(() => new OpenApiSchema { Type = "string", Format = "time" });` also won't fix this in AddSwaggerGen.  I expect "14:32:55.348".
