The architecture name for loongarch64 in [containderd source](https://github.com/containerd/containerd/blob/main/vendor/github.com/containerd/platforms/database.go#L54) is `loong64`.

While the last upstream 8.2 release is 8.2.5, alpine still only has v8.2.2. The next valid candidate will be 9.0. This replaces #177, which attempted to use 8.2.3.
