I just ran the building_your_own_federated_learning_algorithm.ipynb in GoogleColab that is in your docs (federated/docs/tutorials/building_your_own_federated_learning_algorithm.ipynb). Errors occur on the first block. It works then but the loss is growing whereas it should...
