Is the library still actively maintained?

Thanks for the wonderful library, it's really help a lot to faster the data preprocessing iteration. I plan to use this library for my internal text library, however still doubting about its maintainability (i found the last commit is nov 2018).

My question is, how is your commitment regarding to this library's future development? Thank you!
