We need something in place of https://github.com/eic/epic/pull/64. The existing `` tags will start generating warnings in the new DD4hep.

The sur_type and sur_range_min/max were removed in https://github.com/acts-project/acts/pull/4353, so these macros don't work anymore, as they require this information recorded. It looks like there is a move towards Python macros...
I understand this is unsupported, but it's used still, so it would be nice to have centralized fixes upstream. cc @sjdkay @wdconinc
