No instructions or about page. What is Terraform?

There is no instructions or anything whatsoever that tells me what this is or how to set it up in the readme. Is this project active? If so, do you need help writing a proper readme file? I'm trying to set up an openvpn server on AWS, and found this. Would this be something for my use case?

hi @Danrancan, Yes, this project is active. there is also an detailed readme, but not for, how to use terraform. https://www.terraform.io/ if you don't know terraform, then this is maybe not sufficient for you.
