Waiting for the release of Cilium 1.17 before upgrading to Gateway API 1.2. The latest [conformance report](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api/tree/main/conformance/reports/v1.2.0/cilium-cilium) for Cilium I could find was for Cilium [1.17.0-pre.1](https://github.com/cilium/cilium/releases/tag/v1.17.0-pre.1) and Gateway API 1.2.0.
