参数值带路径时，无法正常跳转

假设参数值为"/sdcard/xxxx/xxxx"，如果操作之前不做encode处理，则无法跳转，如果做了encode处理，页面可以跳转，但是拿到的参数值进行decode之后，和原始参数值不一致，无法满足业务

RT，无法进行activity间intent透传

并不像ReadMe中写的一样，支持2.3-7.0版本
