Game redesign

Closing this as we probably won't need a full re-write anymore.

Make it easier for Host to select roles for a standard game based on table size

Now with more roles, this feature could be more desirable. Presets for Fab 4, 5P obermord, 7P hitberon, etc. could be nice.

This would be good to implement. Re-bumping.

Probably not worth it. There can be other ways we assist newer players.
