Country names aren't updated on old user profiles

Describe the bug When viewing a profile whose country is set to one whose name was changed in commit 0815351b503e1240856d958cd5dea100e18d9d7e, the country's old name is viewed instead. (For example, morgenstern's profile still displays "Russian Federation", despite "Russia" being an option in the country list, or Biew's profile still displays "Korea, Republic of", despite "South Korea" being an option in the country list.)

Expected behavior The country name displayed on the user's profile matches the one in the updated list.
