@atrol 1. Relating to the error message, I think if an account is blocked, the owner of the account should be able to reset the password. Currently we block it....

Please hold off on merging. The number of failed logins is an internal implementation details. The concept that we should surface is: - Is user account locked? UI, API, etc...

It would be good to have deploy fail until this is set or at least have it as an explicit setup step in readme file.

The approach for handling slack commands in readme seems out dated.

@atrol few comments: 1. What can the reporter update on the issue? 2. Does the check for each row on View Issues / My Views page impact the query count?...
