I've tested this branch on a real AD environment, everything works as expected.

I've confirmed that the issue is caused by Stackage 7.0. I switched to 6.17, `stack install ghc-mod`, after which `ghc-mod` reached only ~300MiB of memory after 10 minutes of editing.

The only way to form the cluster again is to wait until all nodes disappear from Consul and start them.
