With the 3.1.2 update, the footnotes do appear below the pictures and tables. In previous versions it used to be there.

I have recently published only abstracts and I do want them to show in the latest articles. How do I do that? It was possible in the Browse plugin before.

Instead of the top location, I want to show the reference text in the middle of the page

When you click the reference number, it takes to reference which is stuck at the top of the page. I am actually using a sticky navigation bar on the top...
