This issue is also present on OSX Mojave 10.14.6 when main.py is ran in either Python 2.7.17 or 3.7.2. Whether setup.py is run or not does not have an impact....

Problem was the spaces in the flags are no longer allowed - [NC,OR] rather than [NC, OR] if anyone else has the same problem. Cheers.
