Now with 1540a9a07f0220f4c50763f3309e86cdd68e2c31 the title/icon is always set to the left-most window, and the taskbar thumbnail always matches. However the alt-tab preview still has the same issue.
Could this be done as a preview handler instead?

A nice benefit of the standard previewers is that they work in other file managers and utilities besides Explorer. Eg. [Everything](https://www.voidtools.com/) can load preview handlers in its own preview pane....
