Build Moon for ARM64 platform

Need to use `docker buildx` to support ARM64 platform.

Related to #257.

* [x] Add definition of latest iPhone devices * [ ] Add Xiaomi devices * [ ] Add Huawei devices * [ ] Add latest Samsung models

Need to add respective examples.

Includes typical session lifecycle.

According to w3c standard they should not go to respective webdriver.

Configurable log levels in Moon

Need to be able to output error messages only.

Needed for some slow environments. Related to #261.

Add https://github.com/securego/gosec (`gosec -tags=production ./...`)

CI should do this.
