Problem open the code examples in site

It does not work on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Retried with the latest GLPI v.10.16 and Custom Fields v 1.21.11 the behaviour is the same. Custom field only appears in the edit event, not in adding event (from modal...
