Looks like the animation sections don't load when server starts. The ensure after server is online solve this issue for a few hours but not forever. Tried to start first...

The radio animations works for everybody. So i can see everyone talking on radio. Only the mouth anims don't work.

Tried your commit. Problem is still avaiable for me too.
