RefreshIndicator.adaptive doesn't work inside PlatformScaffold in IOS

Hi. Thanks for this awesome package which can help a lot in development. I see issue with using `RefreshIndicator.adaptive` widget in IOS inside `PlatformScaffold`. My example works fine on Android....
