Everything is unlocked. Equip from main menu before entering the game.
Oh btw, heres some additional details: I was on stock rom with Root+Xposed, but I decided to flash new rom (LineageOS unofficial) and it still has the same problem. :C...
Flashed EMUI back this morning (cleaned data too) but nope. Ugh, I wish someone can find out how to fix this. :c
