When the installed C# Extensions is v1.23.12, this issue also repro on Windows OS.

Verified that this issue is not reproduced on the main branch of eShop (Aspire 8.0 P3).
Unable to reproduce on 17.10 Preview 3 [Includes Aspire 8.0.0-preview.5.24201.12] using eShop `aspire-preview5` branch, but I meet a different issue https://github.com/dotnet/eShop/issues/298
@adityamandaleeka I still can repro this issue using `http` on dotnet / eShop main branch, but running with https works fine.
Verified that this issue is not reproduced on `aspire-preview7` branch using VS 17.10 Preview 7 FB [include 8.0.0-preview.7.24251.11]
@eerhardt After updating the above package according to your instructions, the error will disappear.
The error that failed to connect to the database "postgres" no longer appears.
