flight_pilot_node: process has died

Dear developers,

I encounter an issue when trying to run rotors_gazebo.launch.

I am working on Ubuntu 20.04 (ROS noetic), followed all instructions in the Quickstart manual and after calling the roslaunch at first everything launches. However, shortly after the connection between flightros and Unity is established (log shows Flightmare Unity is connected.), I get an error in the flight_pilot_node:

[hummingbird/flight_pilot_node-8] process has died [pid 2657855, exit code -11, cmd /home/user/flightmare_ws/devel/lib/flightros/flight_pilot_node flight_pilot/state_estimate:=ground_truth/odometry __name:=flight_pilot_node __log:=/home/user/.ros/log/f9bbed90-b42e-11ec-9bed-a9c058b999c5/hummingbird-flight_pilot_node-8.log]. log file: /home/user/.ros/log/f9bbed90-b42e-11ec-9bed-a9c058b999c5/hummingbird-flight_pilot_node-8*.log

All windows stay open. However, clicking the "Connect"-Button in the Unity binary window does not do anything. This way, I cannot enter any simulation environment.

Is the flight_pilot_node dying expected behavior (e.g. because its entire job is to establish the connection) or is something wrong with my setup?

Did you solve the issue?

Unfortunately, no. Couldn't get it to work myself, and no answer from the developers.
