Fixed small angle bugs

wedge functions expect Nx3 or Nx6 inputs and slicing phi or xi results in a squeezed tensor which causes an error. This happens when there is only one small_angle_indeces.

Hey @hamed-d , I would be really grateful if you could tell me how to use this network with another dataset, more particularly how to make the .mat file with the dictionary, I am doing that with a script, however I am getting very bad results, and I think there might be a problem with my code.
