VTR crash when attempting to confirm a successful merge in UI and pose graph corrupted

After teaching a 200m loop I attempted to complete a merge. The merge was initially successful, as the yellow arrow popped up, but when I clicked on the arrow the main VTR terminal crashed and the pose graph was corrupted.

I did not record my starting position for the merge with markers, so it is possible that my merging position was slightly off when I attempted the merge.
