Feature request: Visualization of all robots on a single map

This request is an extension of the Webviz, but is also relevant to other platforms. We would like to see the current location of all active robots in the building on a single map of the floors of AHG. It would also be helpful to see the last known location of robots that are offline. Later versions may include maps of the campus and/or other buildings.
