Health Bar Needs to Updated for Alpha 10

Health Bar is not working with 1.5.62 as stated for this version. Please update the .dll for 1.5.62.

The latest 1.5.39 .dll update is not showing the floating health bar. The previous v1.5.23 was working fine. You just see vanilla health bar.
